01Acceptance of Terms

JinJinJin (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "JinJinJin") provides online entertainment services encompassing slot games, Live Casino, sports betting and various other game categories to registered members. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply together with JinJinJin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing.

02Account Eligibility

To register and use JinJinJin's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not located in a jurisdiction or territory where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Registering as a private individual and not on behalf of a company or business entity.
• Only holding one active account at any one time — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Never previously banned or suspended from the JinJinJin platform.
• Providing accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information during registration.

JinJinJin reserves the right to request identity document verification (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is completed.

03Registration & Account Management

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a mobile number registered in your own name. All this information will be stored securely using high-grade data encryption.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. JinJinJin recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account — multiple accounts will be subject to immediate closure.
• The full name on the account must match the name on your official government-issued identification document.
• Registered payment methods must be in your own name — JinJinJin does not permit the use of bank accounts or digital wallets belonging to another person.
• Changes to key account information such as your name or phone number require re-verification through KYC.

JinJinJin shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

04Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

JinJinJin supports a wide range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, all major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and select cash services. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is MYR 30 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 3 to 10 minutes depending on the selected payment method. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50 per transaction. Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and must be in the name of the registered member.

• Accounts must complete full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is permitted.
• JinJinJin reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding MYR 10,000.
• Any suspected withdrawal attempt involving money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first satisfy the wagering (rollover) requirements.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by JinJinJin are subject to specific conditions stated in each offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the wagering (rollover) requirements of each bonus before accepting it.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type — refer to the promotions page for full details.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
• JinJinJin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if any abuse or manipulation of the promotional system is detected.
• Each player may only claim the same bonus once, unless otherwise stated.

06Game Rules

All games available on the JinJinJin platform are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is independent, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including JinJinJin itself.

In the event of a technical disruption, internet connection issue or system failure during an active game, JinJinJin will make its determination based on stored server logs. Decisions based on server logs are final and binding.

• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Game results displayed on the player's screen are final — any dispute claim must be accompanied by concrete evidence within 72 hours.

For Live Casino games with live dealers, interactions with the dealer and other players must be courteous and respectful. Offensive language, threats, or harassment may result in a ban from the relevant game room.

07User Conduct & Responsibility

JinJinJin members are expected to act in a responsible, honest and respectful manner while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the JinJinJin platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or registering on behalf of someone else.
• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing the JinJinJin support team or other players.
• Spreading false information about JinJinJin or the platform's wins to the public.
• Using a VPN or other means to conceal your true location in order to circumvent regional restrictions.

JinJinJin encourages all members to practise responsible gaming. We provide a range of self-control tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and a temporary account pause option, all of which can be activated directly from your account settings.

08Account Closure & Suspension

JinJinJin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity or at the platform's absolute discretion. Such action may be taken under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that an account was registered by an individual under the age of 18.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering or collaboration with unauthorised third parties.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Use of a payment method not in the member's own name.

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons and your account balance is clean (with no bonuses subject to outstanding wagering requirements), JinJinJin will process the return of your balance to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. However, if the account closure is due to fraud or a serious violation, JinJinJin reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account.

09Liability Disclaimer

The JinJinJin platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors.

• JinJinJin is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for device damage, data loss or internet connection issues on the user's end.
• JinJinJin does not guarantee any profit from gaming — all games carry financial risk and outcomes are random.
• Any information provided on this platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

JinJinJin reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version of the terms.

Notice of significant changes to the terms will be sent via your registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the notice is published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the JinJinJin platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties before being referred to the relevant tribunal or court.
